Norka holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Becker College in Worcester MA and is currently working on her Masters degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.

Community Involvement

Norka is a true advocate for the senior community, she currently serves under the Counseling on Aging board in the city of Framingham as an alternate and contributes her time to volunteering at the Senior Center when ever she is available.

Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent Prior to establishing my real estate career, I worked for a fortune 500 company as a Business Relationship Manager working as a liaison for our highest producing accounts. In my role, I learned the importance of establishing lifelong relationships and the power of over delivering to our clients. I am a firm believer in using the tools and data available to me to best service my clients. When working with a buyer, I pride myself on working tirelessly on taking the time to conduct proper research to bring about the property that best suits my clients needs/wants. As a seller, my goal is to get my client's the best possible deal given the current market environment. I realize everyone's time is valuable therefore, I make every effort to do my due diligence and provide a truthful (not inflated) Comparative Market Analysis to set the right price for my sellers. Having been in a corporate environment, I have learned to work through any obstacles that come my way to ensure my client's needs are met. While we like to think that real estate transactions are simple, often time that is not the case. Stress may play a role in any given real estate deal. It is my job to minimize these stress factors so that you don't have to worry about it and accomplish your real estate goals.
