Noel was upfront and a worker from the day we signed with him.
Noel knew the area and the market he was going to include to market this property to. This was not an easy home to sell, but Noel?s knowledge of the area was great. We also liked that he regularly kept in touch with us as to what was happening. He sold the house with all it?s difficulty?s in a short time which was great for us because we didn?t live close and we appreciated that very much. If we ever had anything to sell in the area again we would most certainly contact Noel again without hesitation. We recommend him highly.

"We first met Noel in July 2022, following a recommendation from close friends of ours who had previously worked with him. Right away, he impressed us with his knowledge, his experience, and most of all his friendly attitude and demeanor. Although we weren?t immediately ready to begin our search in full force, Noel helped educate us on the process and what to expect, and helped us think through what it was we actually wanted he even drove around with us and showed us neighborhoods in Sharon the very first day we met him. When we finally began our search, Noel was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient.
