Nicole is NARS Certified SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist with vast experience navigating through family-related transactions, estates, probates, transition to assisted living, short sales, foreclosures, divorce and division of assets. Nicole?s expertise and proficiency, hands-on client service and direct approach bring the best solutions for complex situations. Nicole?s industry diversification and personal experience enable her to connect and communicate with professionals on many levels. Prior to real estate, Nicole was an AVP for a global investment management firm, a small business consultant for an Atlanta-based mergers and acquisitions firm, and account manager for Hyatt Hotels, and Sony Corporation. Nicole?s venture into Real Estate began in 2004 servicing Condos and Co-ops in New York City. She later parlayed into her own brokerage firm in Manhattan, overseeing new business development and contract negotiations. Nicole brought her real estate savvy to CT in 2011 and has since been servicing residents of Fairfield, Westport and lower Fairfield County. Nicole lives in the University neighborhood of Fairfield. She is a member of National Association of Realtors (NARS), Greater Fairfield County Board of Realtors, and serves on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Fairfield County. On her days off, Nicole spends time with her family, and volunteers to help serve the underprivileged community. She enjoys family visits in Florida, relaxing in the Berkshires or enjoying CT Beaches in the summer.
