Nicole Flowers brings more than a decade of real estate experience to Connecticut. Since 2012, she has represented buyers and sellers across all price points, from studios to multi-million-dollar residences, with a steadfast belief that every client and every transaction deserves her full attention, expertise, and advocacy. She is a highly respected advisor, known for her tenacious work ethic, strategic negotiation skills, and personable, client-focused approach. These qualities have translated into a strong track record of success, with total transaction volume exceeding $100 million. As a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York, Nicole frequently ranked among the top-producing agents at Brown Harris Stevens, most recently placing #21 out of more than 2,300 agents. Nicole's priority is to serve as a trusted advocate for both buyers and sellers, guiding clients from the initial consultation through closing and beyond. She provides thoughtful, steady counsel whether clients are purchasing a primary residence, second home, or investment property. After relocating from San Diego to New York in 2010, Nicole built a successful real estate career in NY before moving with her family to Milford, Connecticut in 2019. Putting down roots in Milford marked a meaningful new chapter, one she has fully embraced. The area's coastal lifestyle, strong sense of community, and balance of work, family, and outdoor living have further strengthened her connection to Connecticut. Expanding her real estate practice to Connecticut was a natural next step, creating a streamlined, client-first philosophy for clients navigating Connecticut and New York City markets. Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and their Yorki-Poo. She is deeply involved in her community, practicing yoga, serving as a co-leader of a Brownie Girl Scout troop, and co-organizing Silent Book Club Milford. Nicole was also elected to serve on Milford's Board of Education for the 2025-2027 term. Other personal accomplishments include completing four consecutive New York City Marathons (2013-2016), the Berlin Marathon in 2016, and the Chicago Marathon in 2023.
