"I cannot put into words how grateful my husband and I were to have worked with Mike on helping us find our very first home in MA. It was a long couple of months while planning for our wedding at the same time, but Mike made the house hunting process so smoothly for us. "Has been pleasure to work with Mike on both my home purchase back in 2015 and condo unit purchase recently in Aug 2019 which was just for investment purpose. How can you go wrong when, your closing date is Aug 31st, 2019 and you are handing over keys to your tenant on Sept 1st, 2019. Entire transaction was very smooth which includes proper pricing of the property, reasonable negotiation based on condition of the property, online-electronic doc signing procedure (saves us lot of time), recommendation of a good attorney, if you don't have one and if it is an investment property, he will help you find tenant quickly. Mike has been phenomenal and I would highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable about real estate business. Will be more than happy to work with him again if I run into buying more real estate.

"We worked with Mike to sell our home and also to purchase a new home on the south shore. We really can't recommend him enough! He is a great guy and a straight shooter and provides you with the information and suggestions you need to get through this process.

We looked at a number of houses with Mike and he was able to identify things about the homes that we never would have noticed or even considered. There were several times where we may have gotten a little too excited about a house, despite some obvious setbacks, and Mike was right there keeping our best interests in the forefront. The idea of selling our house and finding a new one, with two kids, was a daunting task however, Mike really let us do it on our own schedule and was supportive and responsive any time we called on him. He was there every step of the way for us. He always answered every text, call, or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work are evident and very appreciated. We truly never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house or close the deal, but rather that he really wanted to find us our forever home.
