With more than 20 years of familiarity with Naples and Marco Island, she offers clients a seasoned understanding of the area’s coastal lifestyle, distinctive neighborhoods, and evolving real estate trends. Before transitioning into real estate, Melissa spent 31 years as an administrator and educator. Her background has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, strong people skills, and a genuine commitment to understanding and protecting her clients’ interests. Her negotiation skills are rooted in decades of guiding, listening, and advocating for others. A lifelong learner, Melissa stays current on the luxury real estate market, continuously refining her knowledge to provide the highest level of service. Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys traveling to Italy and Europe, playing bocce and pickleball, and diving into her newest passion — golf.
