"Matt is the best and I can't recommend him and the Shorey Sheehan Team more highly. He is professional, super responsive (which is definitely not always the case with real estate agents), friendly and a Mass native (especially knowledgable about areas north of the city). Matt also has a construction background, so it's like having a semi-home inspector along with you when looking at houses, helping to answer whether some home issues are a big deal or not. We were in txt and call contact 7 days a week and pretty much any time of the day or night (very helpful in this tight, competitive market). At each point in the buying process he would send us a detailed email with what to expect, what needed to be done and by when. Matt was very patient with us during our 2 month search and wasn't bothered if we were driving over an hour to see places. For once, I didn't have to track down my agent when a new listing came up, he actually proactively sent it to me before I found it myself! Imagine that! I know that sounds like it would be common but believe me it's not. Also not to mention, we felt like he wasn't just going for a quick sale. We were originally hoping to buy something over the winter (yes, we were those crazy people trying to buy when there was 4 feet of snow on the ground), but Matthew actually pointed out that we'd be better off waiting until we could see such silly things like the roof, yard, foundation, etc... I don't think too many brokers would do that and I really appreciated his honesty.
