"My husband and I decided to sell my family home, which was built in 1941 by my grandparents. I have lived in the house all my life, and my husband called it home for the 20 years that we have been married. We first met Mary Beth in 2015 and at the time, decided it was not quite the right time for us. She stayed in touch with us, unobtrusively, over the years.
