Marcia Schultz is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proud member of the Schultz Team alongside her husband, John. She specializes in residential real estate, representing both buyers and sellers throughout Westchester County. A lifelong Westchester resident and graduate of Harrison High School, Marcia and John lived in Rye Brook for nearly three decades, where their children attended Blind Brook High School, before settling in White Plains. Marcia holds several professional designations, including Certified Home Stager, Home Marketing Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She takes pride in using her creativity and marketing expertise to bring added value to every client relationship. Through her affiliation with William Raveis Real Estate, Marcia leverages the brand's exceptional marketing resources, global reach, and commitment to superior service to deliver outstanding real estate experience. Before beginning her real estate career, Marcia worked in consumer marketing for several magazine publishers. Deeply involved in her community, she previously served as president of the Blind Brook Enrichment Program.
