Laurie is a true professional and not what I would describe as a "typical" broker. We met with 3 other brokers who all suggested we list the house for less money than the actual sale price Laurie was able to drive for our house. It seems many brokers want to list the house at a price point that makes it easy for them to sell. Laurie's approach was very seller focused - getting us the most money for our house in a buyer's market.
