Kelsey has been in this full-time role for almost 9 years, a job she found after moving from Wisconsin to Connecticut after college. She focuses on administrative duties, creating marketing and social media campaigns, designing branding collateral, client care and coordination, community outreach, supporting and training every agent on the team, and overseeing and training interns. She keeps the Pritchard Homes Team moving like a well-oiled machine, streamlining projects, keeping the team organized, and with her encyclopedia-like memory, making sure no stone goes unturned. Her helpfulness, growth mindset, and calm demeanor has helped grow the Pritchard Homes Team from 5 team members to 10 team members within 4 years, and has become Sarah’s right hand woman. She oversees nearly every detail of the team’s listings, and takes pride in designing beautiful marketing materials across print, email, and social media platforms. Her love of photography, architecture, and marketing help her make every listing stand out amongst the competition. Her team members describe her as efficient, patient, detail-oriented, and someone with great handwriting, something she takes pride in. Despite being from Wisconsin, she has grown to love the East Coast over the past 10 years she’s lived here, especially the architecture, the coast, and easy access to so many nearby restaurants and amenities. Her Midwest roots and Capricorn moon keep her grounded, level-headed, responsible, and business-focused. Prior to joining the team, she had jobs and internships in corporate public relations, social media, digital journalism, photography, and website management. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling back to Wisconsin, reading, spending time with her family, catching up on the latest TV series, and lounging with her cats.
