He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and Analytics and began his career solving real problems in the world of manufacturing and engineering. After over a decade of operational excellence-including recognized contributions at Arthrex-he transitioned into real estate, blending his passion for architecture with a commitment to delivering outcomes that earn trust and build lasting value. Junior's work spans real estate development, sales, and process optimization-executed with the precision of a Lean Six Sigma-certified strategist.
