Experience

Though relatively new to being a realtor, I have been involved in the Real Estate industry for over a decade. Real Estate is not just buying and selling properties - it encompasses a variety of elements. From Property Management to Construction to Real Estate Investing, there are a multitude of avenues that will inevitably lead you to the same destination of Real Estate. As an Operations Manager for an Electrical Contractor for over 5 years, I've had significant experience in construction and managing massive projects with enormous budgets. Having a background in construction is pivotal when it comes rehabbing and investing in the RIGHT properties. In addition to owning investment properties - managing the property and tenants is a job in itself. Vetting and screening potential tenants, understanding leasing agreements, and overall maintenance and management of a property are all components of real estate investing that often go unnoticed. Having experience in this field in addition to a diverse background in Construction, and Property Management, I have a unique skill set that provides inherent value in this fierce industry.

Personal

Growing up on Marthas Vineyard, I had no choice but to fall in love with the beach, or any body of water for that matter. I vividly remember doing backflips on the sand dunes while the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean, leaving shades of orange in the sky. I've always been a strong advocate for the outdoors and enjoying all of nature's wonders. Traveling and appreciating different cultures is a therapeutic experience that is a lifelong journey. The traveling, the real estate, my success... none of this would have been achieved without the support and love from my family.

Community Involvement

The community you live in is part of your identity and has an impact on your development as a person. We are simply a product of our environment, which is why it is important to be involved in our communities in order to promote prosperity and collective efficacy. As a member of the Wampanoag Tribe of Aquinnah on Marthas Vineyard, I have been, and continue to be involved in a variety of community-based initiatives and programs that reach out to neighboring communities including Connecticut.
