Bio

Before arriving to Boston in 2007, Erik Burns spent many years traveling and moving to different states throughout the country opening many restaurants for a national burrito joint. Transitioning from helping people enjoy great food to helping his clients sell and buy their new home has been a truly enjoyable adventure. Over the last thirteen years in the area, Erik has had the pleasure of treating Massachusetts as his backyard. Much of Erik’s time is spent helping clients discover the hidden gems of neighborhoods throughout the South Shore. Clients have come to appreciate his empathetic approach in listening to what they need, firm negotiation skills and his ability to accurately market and price a home.
