Bonita Springs and Southwest Florida are beautiful places to live and work, which is why Erica chose to call it home. Growing up in Aiken, South Carolina, Erica finally made her dream a reality and planted her roots in Bonita Springs, FL in May of 2023 after falling in love with the area vacationing for years and then having her destination wedding on Fort Myers Beach in 2020. A real estate career has forever been an aspiration for Erica for as long as she can remember. Being a Procurement Professional for 25 years in the corporate arena has assisted her with many skills to be a successful Real Estate Agent. She has extensive knowledge with contract negotiations, market analysis, sourcing and budget control that she brings with her to William Raveis Real Estate. This along with her love for helping people find their dream home, just as she did right here in Southwest Florida, are what make her successful. In her spare time, Erica loves spending time with her family and friends and playing with their golden retriever, Millie.
