"Having Eric Clark as our realtor was a choice we easily made hearing about his reputation not only as a realtor but as a person. Every recommendation we heard about him was very evident from our first meeting with him. Our decision to sell our house was not an easy decision as we would leave a house we were in 25 years and had memories that would be hard to put aside plus the many personal items in the house that would be hard to give up. "Eric Clark listed our house and worked hard to sell it in record time. We were introduced to him by our daughter, Lisa who met him through Yoga. He was her instructor. She was impressed by his enthusiasm, empathy and commitment. She labeled him a really nice man which was prophetic because this is what we found him to be. He is a nice man. He was really helpful, empathetic in representing our house at a wonderful price. He created a video portfolio of the house which included aerial photos taken with a drone showing Scargo Lake and Corporation Beach which pictured how close the house was to fresh and salt water. This attention to detail let to an offer from a couple who live in Michigan. This led up the offer that led to the sale. Eric also staged an open house which let to three offers and the sale of belongings which we couldn?t fit in our small condo unit. "Eric is a fantastic real estate professional. In early 2021, my husband and I decided to relocate to Cape Cod from Southern California. We were

unable to travel due to the pandemic, so Eric visited the houses we liked and took detailed videos and pictures for us. He provided us with his frank impressions- both positive and negative. Because we were not physically present in Cape Cod at the time, it was imperative that we have an honest and discerning agent searching and evaluating for us. Eric was both. When we found the house of our dreams, Eric went above and beyond to investigate and answer all of our questions prior to our making an offer. This included tracking down a surveyor who had drawn up plans to partition the property several years ago, and then going so far as to visit the surveyor at his home, review the plans and discuss all possible options. He also contacted Dennis town counsel to answer our questions about the parcel?s history. He even researched comparable real properties and provided them to our loan agent to ensure that the house appraised at or above the purchase price- he did this even though we had waived the appraisal contingency. (It appraised above!) Eric was constantly in touch with us, not just regarding the technicalities of the house (location, room size) and the terms of sale (he was a firm and successful negotiator), but he provided us with insight about the things we would need to do at the house once we move in (?What is a dehumidifier? We don?t have basements or humidity in Los Angeles.?) He listened patiently to my concerns and provided emotional support and his honest opinions, like talking me off the ledge after I read an article about the ?ticks? and ?coyotes? here on the cape. He drove through the streets around the house?s neighborhood to advise me whether I could safely and easily walk my small dog. And he convinced me that I CAN survive without a garbage disposal. (The jury?s still out on that one.) We purchased our dream house- a house I never saw in person until I arrived to move in- and we are thrilled! This was truly the best experience we?ve ever had in a real estate transaction, and we owe it all to Eric"
