Before entering real estate, David built a strong foundation in hospitality management and served as a Regional Manager for Archstone Corp, where he developed a deep understanding of what genuine customer service looks like and how to tailor that experience to the unique needs of each individual. David originally got into real estate as a practical move, buying and selling homes alongside his husband and figuring he could put his knowledge to good use. What he didn't expect was how much he would fall in love with the work itself. Finding the perfect home for his clients quickly became his passion, and he hasn't looked back since. With a self-described Southern sensibility, David has a gift for connecting with just about anyone. He takes genuine interest in getting to know his clients, learning their preferences, their lifestyle, and what truly matters to them in their next home.
