With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring in-depth market knowledge and hands-on expertise to every client I serve. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and sellers navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and strategy. I also work extensively with relocation clients, assisting individuals and families moving into and out of Connecticut, ensuring a smooth transition whether they are buying, selling, or doing both. In addition, I partner with real estate investors, helping them identify and acquire properties that align with their long-term portfolio goals. My background includes significant experience with short sales and foreclosure properties, giving me a strong understanding of complex transactions and negotiations. In recent years, I have expanded my expertise into new construction, serving as a part developer on projects where I gained hands-on experience selecting interior finishes, collaborating on architectural designs, and overseeing details that impact both value and livability. In addition, I am a New Haven native, born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and I am fluent in Spanish, allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients with clarity and confidence. When I am not busy selling real estate, I enjoy walks with my 6 year old Pomeranian named Pepita!
