Personal

I have been a resident of Cape Cod since 1989 and a licensed Real Estate agent since 1984. I began my career as a REALTOR at age 25 in Norfolk County and while selling properties I became keenly interested in the design aspect of home ownership. While in real estate I went back to college to study interior design and architecture and obtained a degree in Interior Design. I went on to open and operate my own business, New Vision Interiors, while maintaining my real estate license. My design skills are invaluable to my customers in assisting with staging their properties for maximum eye appeal. In 1990 I married and moved to the Cape, became a full-time mom and raised my two amazing children, Michael and Carly, ages 30 and 32. My children attended both public and private school and participated in many extracurricular activities on the Cape and in the Boston area where I participated by volunteering and in fundraising. After 32 years in Falmouth, I have evolved from a full-time parent back into a full-time REALTOR. I'm entering my 10th year with William Raveis having listed and sold over 130 properties in that time period. Family always comes first for my husband and me and we are both very proud of our children's accomplishments. Our children are entrepreneurial musicians and are dedicated to honing their skills. As parents we have always exemplified a strong work ethic. Wellness has been a very important part of my life. I studied Nutrition in my under-grad years and in 2013 I obtained a personal trainer certification and began teaching and substituting yoga and fitness classes. Avoiding stress in this business is key. As a full-time agent I'm fully immersed in all aspects and prepared to take on any and all challenges that arise while seeing a transaction through to a successful outcome. It's very easy to be "all in" when you love what you do. I adhere to a mindset of integrity, dedication and professionalism. I am passionate about the real estate business and believe in combining a healthy balance of patience and tenacity.
