Benjamin comes to William Raveis as an expansion of his career as a theatrical entrepreneur, general manager and Tony Award winning producer. Over the last decade, he has built successful businesses from the ground up in the theatre industry and continues to expand his portfolio, most recently by obtaining his real estate license in both New York and Connecticut and joining William Raveis specializing in Fairfield County and Manhattan! Benjamin combines his innate creativity, strong interpersonal skills, sales and marketing experience, negotiation techniques, an 'always on' attitude, and his general 'down to earth' mentality to help people execute on their goals; be it becoming an investor in a Broadway show or finding your dream home. Many of the same attributes are needed in both careers and that is why Benjamin ultimately decided real estate would be a great additional venture. He knows how important it is to invest your money wisely and real estate is one of the most important investments in one's life.
