Hi, I'm Bear Vacha — a lifelong Gamecocks fan, having attended The University of South Carolina. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a bartender, where I’ve met incredible people, learned the value of hard work, and mastered the art of great conversation. I’ve also been a long-time resident of Hilton Head and the Bluffton area, which gives me a deep appreciation for the Lowcountry's unique charm, neighborhoods, and lifestyle. That local insight now plays a big role in my work as a real estate agent — helping others find their perfect place in this special community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about technology, real estate, and coastal living. Whether I’m biking along the beach, scouting out unique properties, or diving into the latest tech, I love living life with energy and curiosity.
