With over 30 years of combined experience, the Coleman Team has a wide skillset that includes providing information on current market trends, home staging and preparation, extensive experience in land development, residential construction, relocation, as well as a broad understanding of surrounding communities, their amenities, and public and private schools. With a lifetime passion for film and videography, Adam began his career in real estate as a drone pilot, producing elegant photos and videos for local agents and builders. As a licensed Part 107 drone operator, Adam enjoys performing all of his own photo and video work for each and every one of his clients. With a long family tradition of managing both residential and commercial buildings, Adam takes pride in his role as a landlord for his multi-family properties. After attending Salve Regina University, Adam worked for the popular publication Barstool Sports, producing a daily talk show called “The Rundown”. His work has accumulated over 10,000,000 views and been featured on Comedy Central.
