Professional Specialty

While maintaining excellence for all clients, Sky specializes in equestrian and luxury homes in CT and MA. She brings her personal experience from building two farms from the ground up, as well as a rich history servicing clients in the luxury market to assist her clients with these unique properties.

Community Involvement

When not assisting clients, Sky volunteers with Staying Put in New Canaan, an organization that provides a community of friends from across the generations committed to helping older adults live independently, safely, and actively engaged in the community as they age. Starting in 2021 during the pandemic, Sky founded an active book club called "Radical Readers" with over 40 fabulous participants. They meet monthly and are open to all! She and her family also remain active in the local equestrian world through her children's participation in IEA and soon in IHSA!

Trained as a corporate attorney in New York and Connecticut, Sky switched paths and obtained her real estate license in 2014 after her family moved to CO. She has put her training in negotiation skills and critical thinking to use for her clients ever since. Sky knows the critical importance of negotiations in real estate transactions and looks forward to putting her skills to use for you. Although raised and educated in New England, Sky and her family moved to Colorado when her children were still young to take advantage of the incredible life-style that Colorado had to offer. She pursued her real estate career in the Rocky Mountains until aging family and New England called her back east in 2018. She and her family have owned and built two horse farms from the ground up and lived in tightly packed suburban neighborhoods, so they understand how diverse residential real estate can be! Now licensed in MA and CT, she is grateful to re-establish herself and her family in New Canaan, CT and to be an active member of the local community.

"Delivering Dream Homes" Whether it's a luxury home with the finest of details, a home with stables and an indoor arena, or a condo in town, Sky can help you find and close on your dream home. Let her make your dream a reality. Mission Statement: To make sure that her clients know that she listened to what they needed and wanted; advocated in their best interests throughout the transaction; and did so with the utmost professionalism and outstanding communication of the various options available to them along the way. What this means for the people who choose to work with her: Each transaction, just like every client, is different, in real estate: some sellers want to maximize a listing's exposure in the market, while others prefer a highly discreet negotiation; a buyer may focus on a strict budget, while others may seek highly customized amenities. Shy's job, as a real estate professional, is to tailor her approach based on her client's needs and to help navigate the process from beginning to closing. However, negotiating terms, providing incredible referrals, and educating her clients as to what possible outcomes they can expect is just the beginning, because she wants to provide an outstanding experience as well. We all know deals can be smooth or rocky, but at closing, Sky wants her clients to feel like they got the best experience possible under circumstances they understood.
