Having owned a brokerage in New Port Richey, I'm highly competent from Crystal River south to Holiday, Florida. Over the last 5 years, we have taken on new projects in the Orlando area, specifically Oviedo, Florida, and will soon open a new community in Winter Springs. So count on my best efforts, abilities, and knowledge in the Central Florida. We will soon be adding highly skilled team members in that market as soon as we find the right people, talent and fit.
