"I just wanted to take some time and let you all know how WONDERFUL of a Realtor Tim Dileo is. Tim and
I have known each other since freshman year in high school. We became close friends when we went to
college together. Tim is the kindest, sweetest, smartest, honest, most loyal person I know. I have known
him to be nothing but a hardworking and loyal employee.
I was extremely excited for him (and me) when he told me he was going into reality. My parents at the
time were struggling with the idea of selling my childhood home. I told my dad immediately that Tim
was now a realtor and knew he would give Tim a call. I knew Tim would be honest with my parents but
also guide them while they were going through this process. Tim was very upfront with them even when
my parents had to be told things they did not want to hear, and he was very patient and did not try and
rush them into something they were not ready for. He gave them the space they needed to think this
through and was always available to them when they had questions. My parents decided to not sell
their home and Tim was incredibly supportive of that. Because of the person Tim is and how he treated
my parents, when my parents, uncle and aunt were figuring out what they wanted to do with their
rental property Tim was the first and only person they called. Tim again was very professional, honest,
available, and walked them through many different options. They decided to sell their duplex and it sold
in a few days for more than they had originally thought.
I am grateful to Tim for being who he is not just for my family but for all his clients. He is the best and I
will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor."
