A former managing broker at a national real estate company, Tg has years of experience and a sterling reputation in the industry.
Before starting his storied career in real estate, Tg worked as a Location Manager on a multitude of motion picture productions; during which time he worked with such big names as Robert DeNiro, Dustin Hoffman, and Bill Murray. The result of years spent finding the perfect location for different film productions is that Tg has a talent and for finding his buyers the perfect property, as well as clearly expressing the values and benefits of a seller's home.
Tg's parents own a bed and breakfast near Stratton, so naturally he has been spending as much time as possible here for decades. Finally, when he just couldn't put it off any longer, Tg moved north to escape the city and live the Vermont lifestyle full time.
However, after nearly two decades building a career in the real estate business, Tg couldn't walk away from the job that he loves. His passion for helping families through their real estate transactions is what got him into real estate in the first place, and it is what keeps him in the business today.
As such, it is important for Tg to work with a brokerage that holds strong family values and has the right tools to help his clients succeed every time. WHY I am a Realtor... My whole life, I have had a keen sense of "home." I believe that it is one of the most important things in someone's life. It is someplace that keeps us warm and safe. When I started my career in real estate, I never knew how much my work would mean to the people and families that I helped. It is truly satisfying to know that, every day, I get to assist others in achieving their piece of the American Dream! After working as an agent for a few years, I discovered that Realtors are on the forefront of advocacy for homeowners and homeownership. Realtors are the ones who work to fight increases in Realty Transfer Fees, or any other legislation that would hurt the ability (or make it more expensive) for people to buy or sell their homes. So I got involved and eventually was elected President of my state's Realtor association. To this day, I invest my own money in our efforts to fight for private property rights and work with legislators at the local, state and federal levels, educating them about important issues that affect the people they represent. I am very passionate about my work. I truly believe that Realtors assist people with the most important, and complex, transactions of their lives, and having the right agent makes all the difference. My proven "Two Weeks to Sold!" system consistently achieves a "Successful Sale" for my clients, one in which they reach the closing table on their time frame, with the fewest issues, and net the most money, in any type of market!!
