A lifelong resident of Chappaqua, Ted began his career as a mortgage loan officer over 30 years ago, eventually co-owning his mortgage brokerage firm in Armonk, NY. As the son of one of the founding partners of one of Westchester's preeminent real estate firms, Ted has comprehensive familiarity with the intricacies of providing the highest level of service in all areas of residential and commercial real estate. This lifelong exposure and Ted’s remarkable tenure in the industry provide buyers and sellers alike with a superior skill set to meet all their real estate needs. Ted offers his clients a complete repertoire of professional skills as can be found in the industry today, from knowledgeable mortgage assistance to modern-day technological marketing strategies to a comprehensive familiarity with the New York Metro markets and local resources. Above all, Ted’s ability to understand his client's unique needs and desires is what makes his professional experience translate to a successful personal experience. Ted and his wife Amy reside in Chappaqua with their two sons.
