About Sherry Brohel

Sherry, in short, blew me away! She was immediately responsive to my needs big and small. She was available by text, phone and email and was both respectful of and conscious of my work schedule. She was great about emailing me when I was at work, knowing that was the only way to contact me during the day, but quick with a text when she needed to get back to me in the early evening or on weekends. She was even in contact while she was on a family vacation to check in!
Upon our first consultation, she immediately impressed me when she shared the marketing strategy that planned to employ and showed me all of the ways that she would get our house "out there" including social media, print media and professional avenues. We had been stagnant with a previous realtor, but had more interest at Sherry's first open house than the previous six months with our other agent. Sherry was reasonable, considered our concerns and worked to price our house 'right' in a slow market. I was impressed by her ability to be straightforward, constructive and calming during the process and I absolutely adored working with her. I'd love to work with her again soon, but she found me a wonderful place to call home and I'm not leaving!
