"We planned to buy a house since we soon would move down to US from Canada. Knowing nothing about how to purchase a house in US, we randomly contact a broker found on Internet. Luckily, we dialed Sally's phone.

With her help, the process became much less painful. At the beginning we had conversations through phone and email. She kept sending us a lot of information about houses in the area we interested and explained to us difference between the various houses such as locations, years, types.
