Testimonials

"Paul is more than a realtor, he is a partner. He got us into our first condo. When we were ready, he helped us sell the condo quickly and profitably. And then he got us into our lovely new single-family house. All with great patience, perspective, and experience. Paul stays in touch and he stays on top of it...and he has a great network, from finance to plumbing, from showings to painting. Paul finds the right place for you and he helps you build equity while you build a home"

"Paul is a fantastic realtor. I've moved several times recently and dealt with realtors every time, none of whom were as good as Paul. He's reassuring, helpful, and always available for questions or concerns. If and when I move again, I'll definitely be contacting Paul"

"I've worked with The Reardon Lewis team for close to a decade through several moves. Paul helped me sell a condo almost 10 years ago and was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He is very organized and provided the education and guidance I need as first time seller. Paul truly has a gift. I wasn't entirely sure what my next move was and he asked good questions, really listened and helped guide me through my next phase into an apartment. Paul's deep knowledge of the area and me personally made the home hunting process a fun and enjoyable experience. I wouldn't consider working with anyone else and am happy to be listing my current home with the team again to sell. I trust them explicitly and know they will represent my home in the best light possible for maximum return. I highly recommend The Reardon Lewis team to anyone looking for a trusted resource."

"I can't say enough positive things about working with Paul Reardon. Paul helped me navigate two different markets as both a buyer and a seller in our almost 15 years of working together. Paul and I met in the early 2000s when I was a first time homebuyer looking to get a foothold in the South Boston market. He provided great advice without pandering, really listened to what my needs were at the time and made me think not only in the moment but the property as a home and investment. When the Southie market was ripe and it was time to sell, we had multiple offers on the day of the open house and that was largely through Paul's network of potential customers who knew my place was going to be available. I decided to move to Admirals Hill (Chelsea) and had my heart set on a particular building. Paul helped me navigate a private sale and it was a great home for the past 6 years. Knowing that property was an investment as well as a home led me to call on Paul again when the market was ripe for me to sell. Again, with Paul's keen eye on staging and knowledge of the market I had a strong offer within 3 days. I'm renting now because COVID is offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, but when the time comes for my husband and I to buy our first place together you can bet I'll be giving Paul a call to help us find our next home."

"In a tough market, the tough get Paul Reardon.
The only bad thing about finding a home with Paul Reardon is not getting to see Paul Reardon anymore.

We simply cannot recommend Paul Reardon enough. As first-time buyers in a hyper-competitive market, we needed both a realtor and a counselor. Paul performed both roles brilliantly. As an agent, Paul is experienced, unflappable, incredibly responsive and beyond brilliant. As a counselor, he is patient, kind, refreshingly honest and practically psychic.

Every showing was a full-on learning experience (on geography, architecture, botany, history and even chemistry) and we always felt more confident with him in our corner. From our first open house to negotiations on our home, having Paul as our agent was a huge advantage. And all along, as busy as we knew he was, he made us feel as though we were his only clients.

We're very happy where we've bought, but when it comes time for our next home there's no better agent for us than Paul."

"I highly recommend Paul Reardon as a real estate agent. I interact with real estate agents regularly both as a real estate attorney in Washington State and buying and selling real estate personally. Paul is by far the most competent and responsive real estate agent that I have worked with. I was looking for a condo in Boston for my daughter and Paul was referred to me by our mortgage broker and I couldn't have asked for anyone more pleasant and competent to work with. Once we made contact with Paul, he researched what we wanted and provided a lot of listings for my daughter to review online to understand what interested her. My daughter and Paul came up with a shortlist and Paul took her around to open houses and made the touring effortless in this Covid pandemic era which is no small feat. He was meticulous and ensured that my daughter only looked in neighborhoods that are safe. Paul was honest in his evaluations of the properties and was never pushy, letting us dictate the pace. Once we identified the property that we wanted to make an offer on, Paul had a good knowledge of what the true value was and we were able to make an offer less than the listing price and the offer was accepted. Paul was on top of things during the offer negotiation period and stayed in touch during his ski trip. Since my daughter lives in Boston without the support of her immediate family, Paul recommended arranged for inspectors and contractors for various projects that we wanted to get done, met them at the property and followed up with them on quotes. A major frustration I felt in my past dealings with real estate agents was that once there is an accepted offer, the real estate agent drops off the radar. It's not the case with Paul, he continues to stay in touch and replies to email inquiries instantaneously. Since there are projects that need to be finished after closing and before occupying the condo, Paul made arrangement with the contractors to meet them on site so that my daughter doesn't need to be there alone (Paul also suggested that he could be there by himself if my daughter rather not be involved). I can't say enough good things about Paul as a real estate agent and he seems like a genuinely all-around nice guy. My daughter plans to settle in the Boston area and we are so pleased we have found our life-long real estate agent in the Boston area. You can't go wrong hiring Paul if you need a real estate professional."

"Paul Reardon has been the realtor for my rental property for over 15 years.

Paul is professional in just the ways you want a realtor to be: polite, prompt, thorough, on top of all things legal, good at both small details and the big picture, good at handling and tracking all the paperwork, savvy about how to prepare the property, including what needs to be done now and what can be postponed. He knows the market, past and present and trending, provides thorough comps, and helps you interpret them. He knows how to make transitions seamless for you.

Paul also goes beyond professional because he has a true designer's eye, is an exceptional negotiator, and has many resources. He has found me fire escape inspectors, painters, and more. Paul goes beyond the job description,as a wide as it is, in another way too. He is just plain helpful. At times when I couldn't be at the property, he stepped in to meet an insurance adjuster or let in a contractor.

As a way to be positive some realtors sugarcoat everything. I prefer Paul's approach. He tells it to me straight and still is completely positive.

Bottom line: Paul has helped me keep the property rented through good and bad markets.

Over the past 32 years I have been lucky because I had some good realtors before I met Paul. From all my years of experience I can say, however, that no one compares to Paul Reardon.

"I cannot recommend Paul Reardon highly enough. He is an AMAZING realtor and person. He is professional, responsive, experienced, and, while being one of the nicest people I know; he tells it like it is. Paul is a realtor who really goes to bat for his clients and it was clear to me from day one that Paul had my best interests in mind as he helped me find a new home.

I had been thinking about moving out of my condo for over ten years but every time I started seriously looking, I got overwhelmed and gave up. I had come to the point where I didn't think that I could ever find a house that I loved and could also afford. After meeting with my mortgage broker once again last summer when I started looking to move for the umpteenth time, she insisted that I call Paul. I called him and things immediately started falling into place. In our first meeting, he advised me, thankfully, against a property that needed way too much work. He didn't just want me to buy a place to make a sale; he wanted to be sure I found a place that was a good fit for me and my long-term budget. When it came time to put in offers, Paul wrote them up as fast as we discussed them. He moved so fast on the house that I ended up buying, that it was taken off the market before the open house, which may have likely ended up in a bidding war. His knowledge of the Boston real estate market and years of experience are clear when you see him in action. When selling my condo, Paul told me exactly what to do to prepare for the open house and created a spectacular listing from the pictures to the description of the property. He then sold my condo in Boston in one weekend above asking price during covid when people were fleeing the city instead of moving to it.

Paul took care of everything related to the sale of my condo and purchase of my new house connecting with the lawyers, communicating with my condo association for the documents needed to list it, and so many other real estate steps and forms I never knew existed. He explained everything I needed to know in a way that made the process feel easy. Thanks to Paul, I now own a beautiful house in a location that I never imagined I'd be able to afford. I truly believe that I would still be in my small condo if I had not started working with Paul. The only sad part about closing on my house was it meant that I no longer was able to see and talk to Paul on a regular basis.

"Paul guided me through the process of buying my first home. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and gave me confidence during a big life milestone. A decade later he is the only one that I trusted to sell the same home. I knew that I could rely on him to be charming and gracious, putting my home in the best possible light."
Brian Meagher (South Boston, MA 02127)

"Paul was the absolute best realtor to work with! He had a great understanding of what I was looking for and helped me buy my first home. Paul has extensive market expertise and always advised me in the right direction based on his experience and what I was looking for. Paul is extremely easy to communicate with - he always responded to my text, emails, and phone calls immediately. I would recommend Paul if you are looking for a real estate agent - I can't wait to work with him again in the future!"
Michelle Toufanidis (South Boston, MA 02127)

"We have worked with Paul for over 10 years on various properties. He has consistently helped us make good real estate decisions as his knowledge of the real estate market and professionalism is second to none. He knows how to get a home ready to rent or sell and is such a valuable resource for buyers and sellers with such big decisions ahead of them. Anyone buying or selling a home needs a professional, knowledgeable real estate agent to lead them through the complicated process and Paul is the best. We couldn't have done it without him. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

"As first-time homebuyers, we knew we needed a realtor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. We sought referrals from friends and interviewed multiple agents in a true vetting process. Paul?s mix of industry knowledge, savvy negotiating, timely response, and honesty set him above the rest, and we are thrilled we chose him to represent us. In the most difficult buyer?s market of all time, he walked us step-by-step through the process, answered our (numerous) questions, and helped us craft competitive offers. After a couple of months, we had an offer accepted on a great home in our top-choice community! Since closing, he remains responsive to questions and has lots of great service referrals (lenders, lawyers, floor refinishing, electrician, HVAC, etc.) for anything we may need. We are so pleased and could not recommend Paul enough.

"Paul has been working with our family for the past 11 years, helping us find homes that fit our family at various stages. From a condo, to a starter home, to a forever home, Paul has partnered with us flawlessly. His knowledge of neighborhood markets, purchasing processes, and housing features are second to none. His commitment and dedication make the relationship a true partnership, and we recommend his services without reservation.

"We couldn't have been happier with Paul's work and support with our home sale. We were in a bit of a standstill for a few months and Paul was patient, so well informed, gave great guidance, and helped tremendously with our anxiety as our timeline kept getting pushed. He remained hyper focused and paced with us. When it was time to sell our house, he moved as fast as we needed and exceeded our goals (particularly the final sale price of our home, where it counts most!). He was a great negotiator and gave us the guidance we needed to price our house correctly and competitively, and choose the right buyers. And finally, he's just a pleasure to work with. We couldn't recommend him more."
