"After the recent passing of our mother (Katherine S. Held) we listed and sold the family home in West Haven through the Milford office of William Raveis. Mitchell Stevenson was the agent and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. All four of us live out of state, and his cooperation and willingness to accommodate our schedules both in-person and remotely made the experience as smooth as we had ever hoped for. In addition to being a fine gentleman, he is a real asset to your firm and we want it known how grateful we are to have worked with him. Also, his supervisor, Herb Mehlman, was most helpful and courteous during our online meeting with him as we neared the finish line.

During this era of COVID it was wonderful to have such professionals guide us through what could have been a very difficult period, even without the burden of the virus situation.

He reviewed the property the same day I called him. Made suggestions which I began to follow-up on. He made arrangements with a contractor to address all the concerns from the inspector, made arrangements for a team to clean the property and also install appliances requested by the inspector. When it was discovered that plumbing services were needed to install a line and a hot water heater in one of the units, Mr. Stevenson made the arrangements. I had challenges getting payment to the plumber and Mr. Stevenson personally guaranteed payment to the plumber and the work was completed on schedule. Mr. Stevenson followed up on repairs and made sure repairs were done to his satisfaction. After the property was vacant, Mr. Stevenson continued to check on the condition of the property until closing. In addition his professionalism in dealing with my relatives who were occupying the property is also noteworthy.
