As a 30-year veteran of the luxury real estate market of Naples, Mitch Norgart is passionate about providing his clients with a concierge level of impeccable service. Whether as a listing agent or buyer's agent Mitch provides a 'one-stop' comprehensive experience for those who he helps sell or purchase luxury real estate in Old Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal. A several hundred-million-dollar producer, Mitch has won many prestigious awards throughout his real estate career in Naples. Having moved to Naples in 1976 from Peoria, Illinois Mitch attended the Universities of Florida and South Florida and graduated with a bachelor's degree in science. Post-graduation, an illustrious career with Ritz-Carlton Hotels taught Mitch the art of a 'concierge' level of service to his customers which has transferred to his 30 year real estate career as a broker. When not attending to his clients Mitch loves serving the community and is on several non-profit and city-based boards for over 30 years. As President of Gulf Coast Runners, he is an avid runner/triathlete and has competed in and finished the Ironman Triathlon along with 20 marathons including the Boston Marathon. He also serves on the Artis-Friends Board and Planning Advisory Board at the city of Naples. Mitch is a father of three and is blessed to have three grandchildren, as well. Mitch loves spoiling his grandkids who all live in Naples! Throughout his career, Mitch has placed a special emphasis on new construction of luxury homes in the neighborhoods west of Tamiami Trail including Old Naples, Aqualane Shores and Port Royal. Whether it be a custom build or spec home Mitch possesses the expertise to 'quarterback' a build job from the ground up!
