Professional Specialty

I specialize in Single Family, Multi-Family, New Construction, Commercial, Condominiums, and Land transactions. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. Before receiving my real estate license, I was employed by the Town of Yorktown in their engineering department for 27 years. I believe this engineering background gives me the ability to better help my clients with the decision making process when purchasing or selling a home. The most rewarding part of being an agent is helping first time home buyers. I truly enjoy helping them realize their dreams of home ownership. I am licensed in New York and Connecticut.

Community Involvement

I have lived in the New Fairfield/Brewster area for over 50 years. I currently live in New Fairfield and love being a part of the community I live in. I have coached both my girls youth soccer teams for over 10 years. It gives me great joy to see the players grow into responsible, young adults while they are staying active and learning what it takes to be part of a team. I have also been the adult captain and sponsor for my daughters "Relay for Life" team where 30 middle school students have raised over $5,000 annually for the American Cancer Society. Along with this, I have supported the American Cancer Society's "Bark for Life" and "Bowl for Life". I am also a past member of the New Fairfield Lion's Club where I helped organize and volunteer at numerous charitable events.

Personal

I live in New Fairfield with my wife Heather, two daughters Alyssa and Abigail and two step-daughters, Sophia and Gia. In my free time, I enjoy anything outdoors. I love to hike, fish, camp and spend time boating on Candlewood Lake.

Experience

In addition to helping my clients buy and sell real estate, I have successfully built homes, renovated, and flipped homes. My dad is a builder and my mom was a real estate agent, I also have two brothers that are contractors, so I feel that the home industry is in my blood. I worked in the engineering field for 27 years before starting my real estate career, which I feel is a great asset when helping my clients make an informed decision on the sale or purchase of property.

In Connecticut: All of the greater Danbury area including New Fairfield, Danbury, Brookfield, Bethel, New Milford, Newtown, Sherman, Ridgefield and all of Litchfield County. In New York: All of Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester Counties.
