Experience
Meredith grew up on the beautiful waters of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and loves the lifestyle that living in a waterfront community brings to quality of life. She has a degree in Communications from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Her 35 years of professional experience in multiple facets of TV/film production, compliments her entrepreneurial spirit. Collaborating with top ad agencies in New York City, she and her husband/business partner, Ed Warnick, produced numerous award winning advertising and marketing campaigns for many national brands. They have been a team throughout their careers and through raising their triplets! Meredith and Ed’s decision to permanently re-locate from Fairfield, Ct to join William Raveis - Naples, was timely, as Raveis had recently expanded into southwest Florida. “William Raveis and the Christie's International brand are leaders in marketing luxury properties. We were drawn to the company’s integrity and focus on family, with sales associates and customers alike.
