At the beginning, I had a pretty conservative budget and Melissa showed me many homes in my price range. The homes I was looking at were great but they were not the house I had been hoping for. After countless open houses, home tours and a few offers, we found the one! This house was perfect! It was at the top of my budget and houses had been going for way over asking. I actually cried the day we toured it because I believed it was the house for me but knew that with the aggressive market it would be unlikely that I would get it.
Melissa worked with the listing agent and together we came up with a deal that worked for everyone. We had to be very creative with our offer and in the end the sellers accepted it!
