Delivering better service than a client could ever imagine is the driving force behind Maureen's incredible success at William Raveis, where she is a member of the prestigious Chairman's Elite Club and ranked "Best" agent in Westchester by Westchester Magazine. Due to her consistent high level of productivity (sales), Maureen has been designated a 5 Star Agent and is included in Who's Who In America. What makes Maureen stand out from other agents? The answer: she does not simply sell houses. By combining her razor-sharp awareness of the market with her exceptional negotiation and marketing skills (honed in her previous career as a successful focus group moderator), Maureen is the ultimate closer. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or an established property owner in the moderate to multimillion-dollar range, Maureen is always there to protect your interests. As one client aptly said, "Maureen doesn't just sell houses. She became our partner, a member of the family, someone who consulted through the lens of our needs." For sellers, she prides herself on helping property owners sell skillfully in order to maximize profit. Her market knowledge allows her to create effective pricing strategies that often lead to bidding wars, as well as, smooth and quick closings. In preparing a house for sale, Maureen provides complimentary staging and de-cluttering advice. Importantly, her listings combine stunning photography with alluring copy so that the property hits the market with maximum impact. When appropriate, she also offers tax grievance advice and helps sellers through the labyrinth process of closing out permits and legalizing basements and attics. For buyers, she loves the thrill of the hunt. Her keen market knowledge helps her assess the positive and negative attributes of each property so that buyers understand a home's value and whether it truly meets their needs. In addition, Maureen works with a cadre of professionals and contractors from architects to handymen to help buyers assess a home?s potential, particularly when renovation work is needed. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Maureen had her own focus group consulting business with high profile clients such as American Express, AT&T, Yale University and many others. She has lived in both Rye and Harrison for more than 25 years and is deeply committed to the area. Maureen lives with her husband David, who is a real estate attorney in NYC. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. Maureen is active in community affairs and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Public Library. She is also a member of the Hampshire Country Cub advisory committee.
