Martha Witte has over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and enjoys finding solutions that meet each client's unique circumstances and needs. Her specialties include jumbo financing, first time buyers and lending solutions for those who are self-employed. Martha is also knowledgeable in non-jumbo and FHA loans, as well as condominium and cooperative apartment financing. Her vast knowledge of the financial industry stretches over 30 years having worked for JP Morgan, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank in the areas of operations management, corporate finance and private banking prior to becoming a mortgage banker. Martha understands that everyone's home is their most important luxury. A natural optimist with a strong analytical mind, Martha approaches each scenario with a fresh eye and creativity. Determined to keep the mortgage process transparent and stress-free, her #1 priority is to listen to her client's goals and objectives, and seek out the best customized mortgage solutions. Providing a high level of hands-on service throughout the loan process helps Martha build strong partnerships with her clients where communication is open and straightforward. Martha lives in Westport, CT and is a member of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors. She is a board member for the Family & Children's Agency where she serves on the Funds Development and Communications committees. Martha is also a past President and active volunteer with the Junior League of Stamford Norwalk. In addition, Martha is a Level 3 certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and is a staff trainer and ski instructor at Mount Snow, VT. She also enjoys golf, gardening and running, and has completed 6 half marathons while raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Martha earned her B.S. in Industrial Management and French from Carnegie-Mellon University.
