She is a very patient, clear communicator, and she answered the phone every single time I called with questions. Within days of signing with her, she had wonderful photographer take such stunning pictures showcasing my home that my listing knocked out the competition. Buyers called the same day my listing went live. She is a very aggressive, tireless marketer with a strong social-media presence, and she kept me informed every time a new appointment was made. And she made it a point to attend every viewing, which proved to be highly effective. It didn?t take long?I had serious offers right away.
After the inspection, Linda proactively lined-up the necessary crew to address those needs that were identified. She also recommended an inexpensive attorney, and she watched my home for me when I was out of town. She even provided comp data that I took to a city hearing to get my taxes lowered?just one example of many that illustrates her commitment to her clients and her willingness to go above-and-beyond. As expected, her market analysis was spot-on, and the final sale met my asking price, which honestly was above my expectations.
