"From start to finish, our time working with Lance as our realtor was top notch. When looking for homes, he took an entire day to show us an array of properties within our budget (we were town a very limited time as I was traveling in for a work move). When we found the property that we wanted, we acted fast and Lance expertly navigated the negotiation etc. This was not an easy transaction overall because of various factors, but throughout the process, Lance was always there for us, seemingly at any time of the day (and in some cases, evening).
