"We crossed paths with Kim in an unlikely manner. After inheriting our mother's house a neighbor told us of a person that would be interested in buying our mother's house. We showed the house to the buyer without any realtor being involved. The buyer wanted to buy our house and said she would pay her realtor (Kim) separately.

Although Kim did not represent us as sellers, she was very helpful in making the sale happen. She would let us know what we needed to do as sellers and always offered to help. She knew we did not have a realtor involved and made sure everyone was on the same page.
