Professional Association

For over 30 years I have been selling real estate in the Okemo Valley. After college I returned to my home town and in 1988 I married my husband Scott and began my real estate career. Scott and I worked together on our first project on Okemo Mountain. Since then we have been actively involved in several developments on Okemo and in the surrounding area. I am grateful for the opportunity to chair the Okemo Community Challenge, work with Streetscapes and various nonprofit organizations in the area giving back to the community that has given my family so much. To keep up with demand I opened a second office located on Okemo in the Winterplace Condominium complex where Sarah Sheehan lends her talents as our Winterplace Broker. My goal is to always serve the best needs of both buyers and sellers. To meet this goal, over the years I have worked to attain designations of Realtor® ABR® CRS® GRI, LPS and most recently my Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist(RSPS) certification. For 4 generations my family has been part of the Okemo Valley. My husband and I, along with our two daughters, 24 and 26 are proud to carry on the family tradition of serving the community of Ludlow. Our entire family enjoys hiking, running, sailing and of course, skiing. I am a Accredit Buyer Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Luxury Property Specialist,Second Home Property Specialist. We specialize in vacation homes in the Okemo Valley Area.

Community Involvement

I am an active member on the board for the Okemo Mountain School Development team and lead the fundraising effort in building the Silo attached to the fitness center. As a local business owner I strongly believe in doing my part in our local community. Four generations of my family have lived and played an active role in the Okemo Valley. My husband Scott and I, along with our two daughters, are proud to carry on the family tradition of serving the community of Ludlow. I am grateful to have the opportunity to chair the Okemo Community Challenge, work with Streetscapes and various nonprofit organizations in the area giving back to the community that has given my family so much. Every year with the help of our friends and community members we have been able to collect more than 100 winter clothing items to donate to Black River Good Neighbors. We are honored to have been able to play a role in this very successfully project for over 13 years. Annual Comedy Night is always an exciting event. This year's proceeds will benefit OMARA, Okemo Mountain Alpine Race Association (OMARA). OMARA is a non-profit booster club founded to support the young athletes, families and coaches of Okemo Competition Programs and Okemo Mountain School. Vermont Properties has been a proud supporter of OMARA for many years. This yearly event will continued to be sponsored by William Raveis Vermont Properties. We are excited to also sponsor several fun events throughout the summer months. We look forward to seeing our friends and neighbors at the Jackson Gore Summer Music series and Hops in the Hills. I am always amazed by the effect even one person can have on their local community. Together we can make a difference!
