Having grown up in Boston's Back Bay, Jon has a deep understanding of the city, especially the rich architectural history and its every changing growth and infrastructure development. Jon Kumin spent the first half of his career with working in Research Equity Sales providing investment research to Hedge Fund analysts and Portfolio Managers. Jon held the Series 7 and Series 63, financial licenses. Jon?s deep understanding of investment analysis and market conditions, have seamlessly translated into real estate advisory.
When Jon is not working, he most enjoys spending time with his family and his Golden Retriever. Jon is also an avid Boston sports enthusiast, and loves everything to do with the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots.
