"Jody Coltogirone is the best real estate broker a buyer or seller can hope to have. Our house was unsold for six months. We switched realtors, hiring Jody, and the home was sold within two months. We chose Jody Coltogirone because she previously sold 2 homes within our family and did a fantastic job. At our initial meeting she showed extensive knowledge of market trends and gave us all pertinent information on preparing the house for showing, inspections, closing costs and offers. We did require repairs after inspection and Jody was able to supply us with name of several contractors which was very helpful.
The photos of the home she commissioned were just spectacular!
Jody replied to our many inquiries promptly by texts, phone calls and emails through out the process.
The home was shown the first week it listed and we received 2 offers the same day. Jody sat down with us and explained each offer as well as how long to close based on their pre approved financing and we were able to accept an offer at full asking price. All parties were agreeable to the terms and a closing date was set. The house sold much sooner than we anticipated.
We experienced a family illness and Jody called us saying she was able to negotiate with the buyers an additional week for us to stay in the home until I could travel. It worked very well and the buyer family stopped by and we were able to meet the entire family!
Jody?s dedication to her clients through her attention to detail are second to none! So for her third go around in this family she did not disappoint! Along with her support during illness and getting the job done so fast she made the transition effortless and we highly recommend her."
