Personal

A lifelong New Englander, Jodie was born and raised in Rhode Island. Originally from Woonsocket, she spent her childhood in Burrillville, where she played hockey, developed a love for gardening, rode her horse through town, raised a raccoon, and graduated from Burrillville High School in 1992. She went on to earn a B.S. in Natural Resources with a focus on soil and water resources from the University of Rhode Island in 1995. After college, Jodie purchased her first home in Pawtucket in 2002. Just a year later, she sold it?her first unofficial flip?got married, and moved to Cranston, where she continues to live with her husband, two sons, their Goldendoodle "Marley," cat "Roxy," and a rotating cast of backyard chickens. Jodie is passionate about old homes and is continually revitalizing her 100-year-old Edgewood residence. A certified Master Gardener and Yoga Instructor, she also enjoys exploring Rhode Island's bike paths and parks, tending to her garden, and caring for her flock. Before launching her real estate career, Jodie worked for over 15 years in IT as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager. These roles honed her ability to listen deeply, analyze needs, and deliver solutions?skills that now set her apart as a real estate professional licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Known for her honesty, integrity, and calm, approachable demeanor, Jodie offers her clients a wealth of market knowledge, expert guidance, and dependable follow-through.
