Jenny helped me find a great in town townhouse rental in a real pinch. I had a sudden transfer from Asia and I had to relocate immediately. Hotel life was not an attractive option. We saw ten properties on a Saturday and by Monday leases were signed and I began to move in Tuesday. Hopefully when my lease is up I will be looking for more permanent housing and she will be the only agent I will be contacting. C.S.

When we first moved to Greenwich Jennifer helped us find a house to rent. She immediately understood what we wanted and although we had already been looking for a while she helped us find something very quickly. The important part came one year after that when my wife and I decide it was time to buy. We decide to call Jenn right away. She asked us a lot of questions, gave us advice and orientation in the things we didn't know about, we are first time buyers and believe me there was a lot of things we would of never thought about if it wouldn't have been for Her. She knows Greenwich like no one else does, she was born and raised here and knows the real state very well. She helped us find the house we wanted, it was a brand new house, great location, with a great school for the kids, just beautiful. We were the first ones to go see the house right when it came into the market (till this date I don't know how she did it) and believe it or not that really helped throughout the bidding process. The housing market was so hot and the house so beautiful there were a lot of people interested in the house. She helped us get and prepare everything we needed for the documentation so fast and well done we couldn't believe it. She knows all the right people and that helped us save time and money. Everyone respects her so much that the service we received was amazing. Of course we were not the only ones to submit a bid for the house, so she helped us decide what was the right amount without overbidding. When we had doubts (we are a very undecided couple) she had a lot of patience and she never once pressured us into doing something we didn't want to.
Jennifer made sure our bid was perfect and took care of every little detail to make sure the seller liked it. Anyway, we finally got the house, we've been living in it for almost six months and it's the best decision we've made so far as an 8yr married couple. If we had to do it all over again we would choose Jennifer as our real estate agent hands down.

Jennifer O'Connell is a top-notch broker. I have known her for years as a friend but have only recently gotten to know her a real estate agent when she facilitated, literally single-handedly, the sprucing up, staging, and selling of my mother's Greenwich home after she passed away this year (I live out of state). Since I am very inexperienced in the world of Real Estate, and have never bought or sold a house in my life, I was terribly anxious when faced with the possibility of selling my mother's house after she passed away this past June. However, being lucky enough to have Jennifer O'Connell handling the sale was a true godsend. There was so much to be done-- from all the paperwork to the many repairs and fixes that needed to be done to the house in order to bring it to the marketplace-- and she handled every aspect with a great deal of skill, resourcefulness, dedication, and her wonderfully warm personality made all of the decisions-- even the tough ones-- so much easier to make.

Thank you so much. We are so excited, it has slowed down for us since the closing. We have been packing and moving and having some repairs and painting done as well as showing the apartment! Whew!

We hope to be moved completely by February 1st.
