Jason Brand is a true born and raised New Yorker. His father was born in the Bronx, his mother in Brooklyn, and he grew up in Queens. Over the last ten years he has been residing in and exploring the Upper West & Upper East Sides of Manhattan. While he has no roots on Staten Island to speak of, he has a certain affinity for the borough, as one of his favorite breweries, Flagship Brewery, is just a stone's throw away from the ferry. Jason joined William Raveis after having spent the last five years in the Travel Industry, where he would book thousands of trips per year for a large portfolio of Corporate Clients. Known by his peers as being proficient while working under pressure, and being able to pivot at a moment's notice, he will bring the same level of attention to detail and service to the real estate industry. As we know, buying or selling a home, one's largest personal asset, will be a momentous occasion in most people's lives. Jason's combination of a calm demeanor, foresight, and ability to prepare customers for those important next steps will make your experience as seamless as possible. Personally speaking, Riverside Park is Jason's favorite 'hidden gem' of the city, but he is always happy to offer thoughtful recommendations for where you will be. Though real estate is a 24/7 profession, Jason does like to steal away from time to time to take in a live performance. He especially loves live comedy and music but has been known to take in a ballet performance or theater as well.
