She works closely with both new and experienced agents, providing hands-on coaching, business planning, and market insight to help them grow their production and navigate the evolving real estate landscape. Hildur is highly engaged in the broader real estate industry and serves in several leadership roles that help shape policy and professional standards across Massachusetts. She serves on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS? Finance Committee and the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS Finance and Investment Committees, and has been appointed to the Cape Cod & Islands MLS Board of Directors. Through these roles, she works with industry leaders to strengthen transparency, financial stewardship, and professionalism within the real estate community. Her leadership extends beyond the industry as well. Hildur serves on the board of Champ Homes in Hyannis, an organization dedicated to supporting young adults experiencing housing instability. She is passionate about giving back to the community and regularly helps organize and support local charitable initiatives across Cape Cod. As a Cape Cod resident, Hildur believes real estate is ultimately about relationships and community. She brings a deep appreciation for the character of each Cape village and the people who live and work here. Whether she is mentoring agents, collaborating with industry leaders, or supporting local organizations, her focus remains the same: strengthening the real estate profession while helping the Cape Cod community continue to thrive.
