Coming from one of the largest Corporation in the world, as a software engineer for almost 18 years, she has acquired great people skills, problem solving techniques, contracts, hard work, perseverance, great communication, and customer service. She was born in Islands of the Philippines and the family immigrated to America in 1969 at a very young age. They settled in the San Francisco area for many years until Grace was re-located to Georgia. A Realtor since 2000, she was often called the Amazing Grace, always ready to help and work for you. She is certified as a Negotiation Specialist, in Short Sales and REO's, as well as in New Construction. She was voted as a FIVE STAR REALTOR in Sarasota/Manatee Counties for numerous years. She's received Diamond and Sterling levels and Ambassador in production. Giving back to the community, Grace volunteers at the Food Bank and Senior Friendship Center. She loves going to the beach and enjoying the beautiful weather of our region, where you might find her outside - biking, playing pickle ball, or walking. Grace has always had a soft spot for dogs, particularly Boxer breeds, and has been rescuing them for nearly 30 years. ​
