My Real Estate passion for real estate became evident 42 years ago when searching for my home here on Cape Cod. It was then I realized that every aspect of real estate interested me and my career began. I had firsthand knowledge of construction having grown up in a family involved in building in the western part of Massachusetts, which has been invaluable in the real estate business. I managed a local real estate office for 13 years, while selling, listing and doing appraising for lending institutions and court matters. I then decided to focus primarily on successfully listing and selling for the next 22 years in a Falmouth based firms. I have been consistently recognized as a award winning recipient of yearly corporate awards for leading sales brokers. I offer expertise in internet marketing and creativity and will personally design and execute marketing plans for my clients to achieve successful results. My goal is to make each transaction as stress free and pleasurable as possible. I work diligently to exceed my clients expectations in every transaction. My clients would all agree that my relationships do not end at the closing table, they go years beyond, this is evident by 90% of my business is referral based.
