It is my tradition to educate about mortgage financing to create the best possible real estate experience. Over the past 30+ years, I have continued to share my knowledge and insight about the role mortgage plays in the evolution of a successful real estate transaction. Early in the process, when a seller is considering a move, or a first-time buyer decides it is time to pursue home ownership, my focus is to bring clarity to the elements of loan approval, and define the considerations involved in the bidding process. This approach brings awareness on how to navigate a competitive real estate market, and ultimately helps foster understanding and build confidence. After owning a successful mortgage brokerage firm, I found my home at Raveis. I am blessed that my core team has been together for over 20 years, and we work hard to provide guidance to our clients throughout the approval and closing process.
